THINGS WE WANT TO DO
Here at Every Avenue we're always coming up with new ways to connect your brand to consumers. Here's a few we want to try:

FINANCIAL LITERACY CAMPAIGN
High school seniors are about to make some of the most important financial decisions of their lives, yet many graduate without a basic understanding of budgeting, credit, banking, or long term financial planning. This gap creates stress for young adults and missed opportunities for financial institutions to build trust early.
We propose a financial literacy program designed specifically for high school seniors that equips students with practical, real world money skills while introducing them to a trusted financial partner at a pivotal moment in their lives.
Through interactive workshops, digital tools, and classroom partnerships, the program would cover essential topics such as managing a first paycheck, understanding credit and debt, budgeting for independence, avoiding common financial pitfalls, and planning for college or career paths. The focus is not on selling products, but on empowering students with knowledge and confidence.
By leading with education, the bank positions itself as a mentor and advocate rather than just a service provider. Students who participate graduate with a positive first relationship with a financial institution they trust, making them far more likely to open checking and savings accounts, use responsible credit products, and remain loyal customers as their financial needs grow.
For the bank, this program creates long term customer relationships, strengthens brand reputation, and demonstrates a genuine commitment to community investment. For schools and families, it provides essential life skills that are often missing from traditional curricula. For students, it offers clarity, confidence, and a strong financial foundation as they step into adulthood.
This is not just a literacy program. It is an investment in the next generation of financially empowered customers.

CAR-FREE CITY CHALLENGE ABQ RAIL TRAIL
Our goal with this campaign is to encourage residents and visitors to explore Albuquerque on foot or by bike, discovering local shops, restaurants, artisans, and hidden gems. The goal is to drive foot traffic, increase awareness of small businesses, and build a stronger sense of community. Here are some thoughts on how:
1. Map & Route Creation: Curate walking and biking routes highlighting participating small businesses, murals, historic spots, and public spaces. Each route has a “passport” or app to track visits.
2. Incentives & Rewards: Participants collect stamps or digital badges at each location. Completed routes earn small rewards like discounts, free samples, or entries into a citywide raffle.
3. Events Along the Route: Include pop-up performances, tastings, or workshops hosted by participating businesses. Local artists, musicians, or food vendors make the day an experience.
4. Marketing & Storytelling: Promote through local media, social channels, and partnerships with neighborhood associations. Share stories of businesses, artisans, and local culture to create buzz.
5. Community Engagement: Invite local nonprofits, community groups, and schools to participate, making it a citywide celebration of entrepreneurship and creativity.
Benefits:
● For Small Businesses: Increased foot traffic, exposure to new customers, sales, and community recognition.
● For Participants: A fun, interactive way to discover the city, support local businesses, and enjoy an active day.
● For the City/Organizers: Strengthens local economy, builds civic pride, and positions the city as vibrant and connected.
Optional Expansion:
● Seasonal editions (spring, summer, holiday themed)
● Sponsored “Explorer Kits” with maps, water bottles, or biking gear
● Social media challenges (#CityExplorerDay) to amplify participation
